FAQ

I have several fantastic makeup artists I work with, who can be booked separately. I will provide their info after booking. You’re more than welcome to bring your own if you have someone you like working with!
-
No, it’s not necessary to meet before the shoot. I’ll send an info sheet when you book your appointment that’ll cover everything. That being said, I’m happy to jump on a call with you if you feel like it’ll help you feel more prepared.
-
I get it, stuff happens! By giving a 72 hour (3-Business days, M-F) notice prior to your scheduled session, you may transfer your deposit ONE time to a new appointment within 3 months of your deposit date.
Please note that if a reschedule happens within the 3 business day window, a $50 fee will be charged to reschedule your appointment. (Honest emergencies will be considered on a case by case basis.)
I do not offer reshoots or refunds other than for technical failures. Please make sure to communicate with your reps and come with clear, achievable goals. If you have concerns before or during your shoot, please speak up so we can address it and make sure you get images you’re stoked on!

Every session requires a non-refundable 50% deposit to hold the date. The deposit is forfeited in the case of a cancellation within 72 hours of the session, or a no show. You are able to reschedule the session once with at least 3 days notice and apply the deposit to the rescheduled date. Rescheduling without at least 3 days notice requires a $50 rescheduling fee. You may only reschedule the shoot once, if you can’t make it to the new session date you will forfeit the deposit. I’m an actor too—I know how last-minute auditions and bookings work. I really don't want you to lose your deposit, so let's just keep the communication open!
The deposit is refundable within 24 hours of the time of booking, minus any credit card fees.
When you book your session, you acknowledge that you have read these policies. If you are unsure about anything, please email me!
-
You can pay however you want! You’ll be given the option to pay the deposit or in full by card when you book your appointment.
I also accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal. If you have a preferred method of payment please email me using the contact form. I do not accept checks.
If you use an alternative method and book with me outside of the website, you still need a deposit to book your session.

Bring full outfits! More is better. Have some pre-determined looks. I’ll help you dial those in when you arrive.
Search my site and other sites for inspiration shots. Include your agents and managers! Ask them for inspo shots and breakdowns.
If you are doing your own hair and makeup, come as camera ready as possible, and bring whatever HMU products you need for the day.
I have a steamer and lint rollers at the studio.
More on this is covered in the info sheet as well.
-
Absolutely! My goal is to give you variety. Just keep in mind that more changes mean a little less time in front of the lens, so I suggest dialing in the wardrobe shifts you need to get the most out of our session.
On the day of your shoot I’ll go through what you have with you and we’ll come up with a plan for the most efficiency and variety.

Professional retouching is the process of cleaning up your final images — smoothing skin, fixing flyaways and clothing, brightening eyes, and making sure the shot looks polished but still looks like you. I focus on natural skin texture—not 'plastic' filters—so you look like the person who walks into the audition room.
With the best retouching, you can’t even tell someone was there. Every shot is done personally by me, by hand (not just a filter or preset), so it takes time to do well. I can easily spend around 20-30 minutes retouching an image. Additional retouching is priced separately so you only pay for the images you want touched up.
